I’ve been an on-and-off AO subscriber since Notum Wars came out. Recently re-purchased the game from Steam to reminisce.
Tried to reset my password through AO’s website. Received the reset email. Followed the link and received the new password. Attempted to log in with the new password. Received this: Authentication failed, please check your password and try again
Went through that same process four times. At that point, I attempted to contact customer service. Got a ticket number, but was hoping to talk to an actual person.
At this point, I’d almost rather have a refund and come to the realization that AO just a memory.
