im in g6/g7, i cant even spawn fully in before disconnect
I have a castle built into the cliffside, overlooking the canyon river below. with the landbridge as a gatehouse
Another player just pointed out to me it may be linked to larger bases and the autosort working overtime to sort chests in large bases. And that seems to track. My players in my server that don’t seem to be having issues are in small to medium bases. Then players like me with enormous bases cannot log in at all without crashing the server. Please pass this along up the pipeline as I feel it is crucial to troubleshooting this issue.

Yeah. And some of my players can log in. I still cannot, to date.
I’m having that problem too on official server 6438. I’m stuck in a map square and can’t log in without being booted a few seconds later.
I am getting the same issues - F10 - Siptah - G-Portal hosted - no mods

Turn off the decay timers till this is fixed, time is almost up
I have it hosted on G Portal with no mods, unsure how to obtain a copy of my savegame

Due to the fact that your issue is related to a private server, we would advise you to join the Admins United Discord (also referred on: Admins United: Conan - Discord for Server Admins! ) as this discord includes other admins with the experience to better assist you phoenixcommand.

Yeah I have turtles
Delete turtle pets. They are causing server to crash if you are close to them. I fixed my issue that way and not a single server crash ever since.
I haven’t been able to log in since last Tuesday so I can’t delete them. However my base must be very close to decay by now so aside from losing years of stuff I guess it will fix the turtle problem
Yes, my base does indeed have turtles.
Managed to rally a clan member who wasnt logged out in main base, he deleted the offending turtles and it worked! But now online services are busted XD
I am glad it worked. Hopefully more people can do same and confirm this so Funcom can fix it. This explains Siptah crashing so much on officials too.
