We’ve checked the server status and it has no apparent issue, the automatic server restarts have also taken place in the last few days, so we advise that you follow the suggested steps below:
I have literally done all of this and I am clearly not the only person having this issue hence the responses to this thread and other related threads created in the past few days
I did, however, get it to work last night, or I guess I should say this morning. It seems now that even if I’m able to get on the server, I am disconnected, either after a certain amount of time, or when I enter specific locations in the world, for example, The Spawning Place. The impending atmospheric change on the screen from entering that place is not responding well. I’m not having this issue on other servers anymore, so any part of it that was on my end has been taken care of. Also, side note, when I do get disconnected is says the ping for the server is 9999, representing it being higher than the number of digits allowed for that section of the server info. After this happens I am forced to restart the game, get on single player for about 10 minutes and HOPEFULLY get the server to load. Having this happen every 15 to 30 minutes of gameplay is ridiculous, considering my character’s body stays on the map. Which means I should either expect to lose all my gear at any given time or not do anything exciting.

Our team is aware that some servers are going through connectivity issues, including the one you’ve specified, and we’re currently in touch with G-portal to resolve this matter as soon as possible, apologies for the inconvenience.
It shouldn’t be necessary to follow any steps on your end @Acauno, but please understand that we always have to verify that users take any necessary steps to ensure that the issue is not on their end.
In any case and to answer your last question, the required ports were indicated in the link shared in my previous post, which you may access by clicking the word ( blue sentences have a link associated with them ).
I appreciate you guys taking the time to look into this. Absolutely love the game, so I’m sorry if I got a little frustrated. I didn’t realize staff members were on vacation.
Regardless, I think all of us would appreciate an announcement or sorts, updating the community on the progress of this situation at some point.

Same problem here I’m 2732 and I have noticed it on 2733 as well during log in. We habe not been able to play for days. Also us est and Comcast xfinity (fastest speed available)

They said they’re looking into it. That’s all we will know for now. However, I trust that they will let us know when they know anything. This started for some of us, I think, 4 days ago now.
