Can't connect to the game though I should

Bug Description:

Bug ReCan’t connect online, it says I’m not signed in to PlayStation Network though I am.

Addendum: not a great workaround, but I have to close and restart the game to fix this.

This happens all the time. If I put my playstation into rest mode without closing app or exit one server and immediately go to another server it doesn’t register my online status. I have to go to the home screen, close app and start the app again.
