My friend and I can’t find any powder of corruption, we raided the Summoning place 3 times no npcs dropped any nor was it in loot chests. I’m on an official PVE server. There was some chests we couldn’t open or interact with. Are we not looking in the right place??
The powder of corruption was in chest when I was at the Summoning place on single player pc.

Try pushing square on chest. The powder doesn’t pop up on the quick loot inventory when you look at chest. I thought the same during my first visit after update.
Since powder of corruption is new, you have to figure everyone on your server is trying to go to the Summoning Place to get some.
It’s all timing.
You just likely have been beaten to looting the chests when you’ve gone. The chests have some time before they reset, what that time is I don’t know.
Personally I’ve been to the Summoning Place to get the powder 7 times and only 1 time was there any powder in the chests. Out of the chests I got 23 powders as well.
