Can't invite friend to clan, holding E only briefly makes the UI disappear and plays a sound

Can’t invite my buddy to the clan, player count in clan isn’t full, not anywhere near it. I am the clan leader as well. It just doesn’t work, hasn’t worked for 2 people.

Are your buddies in a clan already?

Thanks for the response but it fixed itself. I guess it was just a bug that stopped by.
