Clan not listed in clan menu/can't open "invite player" menu

After creating a clan to play with my husband I couldn’t invite him. Pressed E on him and nothing happened except a small visual glitch like it’s trying to open the menu but immediately close it.
I then checked the inventory for the Clan Menu. In the clan menu no clan was listed, only the message “type a clan name here to create one”. So I typed another name, but it said I was already in a clan, wich is normal since I created one earlier.
I can’t manage my clan nor create a new one.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Creating a clan on official pvp server : Clan not listing.
  2. Pressing E to invite a player : menu not opening.
  3. Opening the Clan menu : no clan displayed
  4. Trying to create a clan : “already in a clan”

Clan now appear in menu but no one appear as the leader. My husband and I are both rank 1. Still can’t manage the clan.

Welcome to our community and apologies for the frustration.
When you were doing these actions, was the server experiencing any issues, such as high latency or lag?
