Cant login 2 out of 4 Characters

As the title says, I have 4 characters but for some weird reason I can only log in to 2 of them, the other 2 look like they are going to load with the bar going across but then it sits there for a minute or then closes the game.
Not sure if it is important but they have also become naked in the character selection screen.

Edit:Forgot to mention I have tested this on 2 seperate computers and the problem persists.

It would seem after leaving the game alone for a few hours the problem has rectified itself, I don’t understand why 2 worked and the other 2 did not but I am just relieved they work again.
