Hi, I’m trying to convert my flotsam base to higher level materials, but I can’t seem to use the swap & replace function. It seems this has been an issue for two years. I’m REALLY not excited to tear the entire thing down and build it back up again.

Yeah - weirdly, it was also possible in the 2 years old thread to replace Flotsam ONLY with Stormglass:
So it seems for this one material only replacement is possible. But … I don’t want to use Stormglass.
What then? I think they all work… (?)
Aha … on further research, it appears to only be FENCE foundations that weren’t fixed. I can replace normal square and wedge foundations fine.
I’m still not happy about tearing down my whole fence, but it’s not nearly as bad as I thought.

Yeah, some fence foundation bugs got introduced into 2.8 when they “fixed” fence stacking. I think the @Community still needs to address them, yes. I know they already know about it so I guess we’re just serving a reminder?
