When attempting to replace Flotsam with Insulated Wood, the Flotsam wouldn’t upgrade. Tried to use Frontier to see if it was an issue with tiers, but the Flotsam still wouldn’t upgrade
But as the title says, it does upgrade to Stormglass, and apparently currently only Stormglass
