I fear a locked out myself with resetting attributes and skills.
Usually I drink a yellow lotus potion and change ckills and attributtes for my need.
The last time I did this, I skipped alchemy. I have an alchemy table and a thrall for it but unable to produce any potions since I skipped alchemy in the skill tree.
First a word of warning, the yellow lotus potion currently has issues that causes you to lose permanent feats, and recipes when used.
It is much better to learn midnight alchemist. This gives the ability to craft potions of bestial memory & natural learning. These individually reset attributes, and feats without the chance of losing any permanent feats. (But you will have to do that after you learn the feat firebowl cauldron).
So do I understand correctly, you have used all of your feat points, but have not learned (firebowl cauldron) alchemy?
Are you playing single player, or online? Also have you managed to find any fragments of power?
Hi
As @Bearhunter stated just put a fragment of power in your inventory and click “use”. This will give you an extra 10 feat points.
Then you should have more than enough to learn the firebowl cauldron feat.
I would strongly suggest using the guide in the link I posted to learn the midnight alchemist feat. That’s if you are on the exiled lands map, as unfortunately it’s not so easy on Siptah.
Alright, will use one of the fragments to gain points. So hopefully I can learn alchemy.
The bad point is, I put all points into weapons to craft different samples.
I wouldnt be able to craft walls, doors, or work benches. Totally forgot to keep some points to alchemy for yellow lotus potions.
Well the best thing you can do is collect a fragment of power from The Unnamed City.
You should place a few foundations, and a bed roll outside the UC before you go in.
I would advise going in naked with no weapons. You can simply collect a fragment, use it, then remove your bracelet, and either return to your bed at base, or bedroll outside the UC.
There are a lot of 3 skull bosses, so you dont want to take a wrong turn and end up losing all your loot.
If you watch this video guide;
I would advise going for fragment 1, or 2, these do not involve too much in terms of difficulty to obtain. There are a few mobs but you can climb to avoid them. Use the guide to mark the locations on your map. They are right on the edge of UC so even if you die you can just respawn, and try again.
Hope that helps!
P.s. The fragments are your only option, unless you ask someone to craft the potion for you.
No worries, hopefully you succeed first time, but if you reach the location and you don’t see a fragment you can just log out, and wait in the spot till tomorrow.
Also it might be easiest to go for 2 then 1. But if you get both it’s even better!
I watched the video, moved to point 2 first and found no chest. Than went to point 1, again no chest.
I got upset and thought OK, lay down your bed roll and wait for a couple of hours. But I didn’t wanted… Haha so I came across point 16.becsuse it’s the nearest one to my base.
Naked, thirsty and scared of all the horrors insside UC I ran for my life. Got to 16 and again was upset. The location was nearly impossible to reach from my position. I was upside, were the sand dunes are and not down at the bottom.
Started to climb, fall, climb and tadaaa, dropped safe to the position, snapped for air after the climbing action I prayed to God, please let there be a chest.
Yessssss, I got 1 fragment of power.
That’s awesome! Just make sure you use it before you lose it.
The added bonus is that now you know where, and how to get some fragments of power! You can use those as many times as you want to increase feat points.
Also once you have been to the UC a few times you can spend the fragments in the library of esoteric artefacts. You can learn lots of cool new feats there.
Just make sure to learn midnight alchemist before you do that!
