Chain Bindings keep disappearing after logout

Chain Bindings seem to be “dropping” by themselves when i log out

Over the last 2-3 days, my chain bindings keep disappearing from my inventory. seems to be most common with the uppermost left inventory slot in the inventory tab. I keep coming back in to them missing, and its seems I “dropped” them and they decayed. Once, I could see this happening, but last night I had just made a new set, put them into inventory and logged out, and they were gone this evening when I came back on.

I ecpected my inventory items to still be IN my inventory on the next log in

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 Make chain bindings
  2. Step 2 Put them into inventory
  3. Step 3 Log out overnight
  4. Step 4 Log in to fine them gone, again and Event log saying “the loot bag with chain bindings has decayed”
