I think it would be better if Blacksmiths and Carpenters only made animations and the hammer/Sawing noises when you are crafting items. They dont need to be hammering and sawing constantly it can be annoying and if you like to build hidden it can be a dead giveaway. I usually add and remove them as needed but would make more sense if they didnt do the animations when not crafting.

In the recent produce’s letter it was mentioned that the next update will impact crafting systems and how they function.
If you go to singleplayer and access admin panel, you’re going to find a blacksmith hammer, a carpenter’s saw and a farming sickle that can be equipped by players.
These are definetly hints that something is coming that will change crafting.

Those things are in the game for a long time now. In the admin menu at least
I only found them recently, but you could be right. Getting hyped for nothing here :D.
