Hi, I would like to change my funcom id which is shown in the game.
I created request in zendesk and now the status is “solved”. The request id is #38283.
However my funcom id is not changed in the game.
I wonder what I have to do to change it?

It really depends on the reason; such as real name.
Generally it can take up to a few weeks.
Narelle has pinged the right people and should be able to answer your questions though.
