Hello, i was having a problem with my FunCom ID.
I did a request to change it. Maybe i can speed up the process by typing here in the forum.
The Request number is: Funcom [45888] Funcom ID Change
My Funcom ID: Striker - ҉҈҉҈҈҉#02835 ( Striker - ҉҈҉҈҈҉ #02835 Incase you could’nt see it)
Unfortunatly the special symbol was added aswell when i first started the game.
You cannot speed up the process by writing on the forums. Did you submit a ticket to ZenDesk? If so, then you will have to wait for them to reply to you. If the request was sent elsewhere, then you will most likely get no reply as only ZenDesk are able to assist you.
Yeah i did that on ZenDesk. But i saw some posts, that people are waiting extra long if ZenDesk was used. So i was thinking, that some one of the Community can help faster, since i saw this was happening in this forum.
People are making all kinds of requests on the forums. Not all of them are fruitful.
Imagine what would happen if you actually could speed up your process by posting on the forums? Everyone would start posting on the forums with their requests to jump the queue (or “cut in line” for the Americans). With everything that’s going on, we’d see these requests vastly outnumber any other discussion threads.
And it would promote a “me first” attitude. There’s a reason why the current protocol of using Zendesk exists.
