How to ask for Funcom ID Change today?

I just tried to make a ticket for a Funcom ID Change on Zendesk.
I have a problem with this, the only options are:

-Report a bug
-Report performance issues
-Report a player
-Ban Information

There is no option for Funcom ID Change. I tried it with a bug report, but the requested informations doesnt fit in my case (No official server affected in the moment)

How should I do this , please ?

Hi there, we apologize for any confusion caused by the Zendesk interface. You can submit your request under any category, but please make sure to include “Funcom ID Change Request” in the first line of the description and that should be fine.

Please note: Each request must be manually reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis, so this is not a guarantee you’ll be able to get your name changed.

I did so. I guess the change should be done, as the ID contains the true name.

Yeah, if your FuncomID contains your legal name then that’s a likely case where we can change it. As long as the request has been submitted, a representative will be with you as quickly as possible.
