Searched the internet and couldn’t find any concrete evidence of it being a thing or not. If you have any advice I’d appreciate it thank you.
It used to be on the Zendesk drop down but they removed it for some reason, so I assume we are back to the old way of PMing a Mod on this forum. @cummunity help
It is not a thing but if you have privacy concerns, you can still submit a ticket to ZenDesk who will review your case and eventually assist you.
Maybe I am looking at the wrong Zendesk report, but I swear they used to have a lot more options in the drop down list and now they do not.
I actually used Zendesk to fix my boyfriends ID, but there was a drop down option for it and now I do not see it.

I guess you can use the general bug report drop down.
@JJDancer not sure about the drop downs but still what I see posted by the CMs.
That is a a very generic answer by them, lol. There actually USED to be a drop down for change funcom ID and it was removed. I know because I used it.
