It's been a week now. When will I get feedback regarding my Funcom ID change request?


I have requested a Funcom ID change in this thread:

As stated by a Funcom employee, I went to their Zendesk support page and had to create a bug report, because there was no option for a Funcom ID change request.

I got a confirmation E-Mail that the ticket got created and since then there was no feedback from Funcom.

So I am asking again:

Where or even is it possible to change your Funcom ID?

Some times you have to give them a nudge on these forums.

Funcom [37334] Bug Report

As a suggestion: A player should be able to change their Funcom ID on their own. Maybe only once per year, like in GTA V with your account name.

Because I have seen a lot of people with their real names as Funcom ID and also some less pleasant ones. I am pretty sure these people would like to change that as well.
