Character gender changed after crash, plus half of building gone

Bug Description:

Game crashed while placing a roof tile. Shut it down, came back in and my characters gender had changed from female to male and half the building was gone.

Bug Reproduction:

Building a building in the grassy north under the bridge (G9) using creative mode. Had built a large amount then placed a sloped roof tile. Game froze, I left it for a few minutes hoping it would come back, but it didn’t so hit the PlayStation button, went to home page and closed the game. Reloaded it, to find gender had changed and only the entrance of the building remained.

Welcome to the Forum. That is completely screwed up. Nothing will come of this till perhaps Monday. @Community any input for this situation we would appreciate some useful suggestions.
