Character Generation face is not the same in-game

Bug

Just that your characters face in-game does not have the proportions you assign it in Character Generation. The in-game face is flatter with smaller features.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Make character’s face.
  2. Begin game and press V to see what resulted.
