When starting new character you can’t see (and therefore, customize) character head. Selecting face options or head details in character creation menu doesn’t show your character head on screen. Selecting race or body features does show full character model, so the problem might with game camera angle settings.
As far as I know this bug occurs after every game client update, I remember this being an issue at least once - when game was released on May 8th.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Start new character creation process
- Select Head options / Face details
- Menu is there, but face model is absent.
- Enjoy sand storm and blood splatters
