Character loss on transfer

I’ve had a character loss on transfer and seems to be a common problem has anyone actually ever got the character back or is it lost forever. Had a lv60 with everything learnt. Cannot be arsed starting from scratch.

Uploaded from pvp official 7030 and tried to load into pvp official 7033.

They replied a few times that they will help you and others with similar issues once you submit a ticket to ZenDesk with the details.
