This just happened to me on server #1000, I logged into my game and found myself inside of a foundation and started dying. My character died and it spawned me in a Jhebbal Sag dungeon for whatever reason with nothing on me. After returning to my base, the marker indicating the death spot was there but the corpse wasn’t. I lost everything I had on me. It was a matter of few minutes top! Yesterday, my character glitched and died during a purge, I respawned in a warmaker dungeon…

I’ve had to pull my bracelet because of the foundation thing before.
Make sure you are attuned to your bed. If it says you are pick it up and put it back down anyway. Put all of your stuff in a box and pull your bracelet after to test.
I’m not on pc but on consoles we have something similar where we end up in the desert.
I am attuned to my bed, that’s why this is so bizarre!
