Character Stuck Mid Transfer but no import option given

So yeah. I was moving a character from exiled lands to siptah and now it doesn’t give me the import option at all. :frowning: can Zendesk send me some help? I’ve tried filing tickets but apparently they auto close without an actual person looking at them. sighs

I got an ImportFailed error transferring from Siptah to EL. As recommended on a big long thread about failed transfers I sent a DM to @Community with my character name, funcom id, and source/destination servers and they fixed my transfer in less than 24 hrs.

How do I do that? Connect with community for this? I am rather new to the forums so I’m not sure who or rather what account to speak with?

So I was trying to not tag them but it is so cumbersome to send them a message without just clicking on a tagged link I’m just going to go ahead and tag @Community. Click on that and you can send a direct message to them:

  • Source server and character name
  • Funcom ID
  • Destination server where import failed
