Cheng quest of 'Last Legion' missed

Hi there, maybe it was already answered in any other thread, but I am searching for the reason, why I don’t get the Cheng quest of Tsu-Wee (Last Legion), although I have my 1,100,000 points in the LL and do believe, that I have done all possible fraction quests.
Does anyone have a hint for me, what I may not see ?

No, but I am not sure. I became rank 4 a long time ago. So I should know, how the quest to meet him is called…
