There are four chests inside Executioner’s, two on each “side”. They are currently shifted about 4’ (game distance) to the East of their previous positions. This has resulted in one of the chests inside the cave wall, and inaccessible.

I will get it tonight, unless someone beats me to it. You can really tell in the room with the serpent skeleton, because the chests are much further from the wall. They used to be right next to it.
Here are the photos. I entered from the Executioner’s Entrance, and exited the other side. I was in Admin mode so you can see the relative positions beside the residents.
Here you can see the chest is shifted quite a bit from the wall. It is usually right next to the wall.
This photo also shows how far away from the wall it is. It is normally to the right of the skeleton, against the wall.
The third chest is normally right in the middle of this picture, up on the hill. I went into ghost mode to see if it was in the wall, but I found nothing.
Here, you can see the chest is well to the right of where it is supposed to be. It usually does not float in the air.
