Choppy lag issue frame rate drops

Ok so im on the tower of bats and was getting ready to face the white bat when i came up there i started lagging and freezing up every few seconds it was getting choppy i would run be froze in one place for a few seconds then it would let me go. Is anyone else dealing with this issue?

There’s also a PS4 thread too. On my phone so harder for me to hunt it down. But yes, it sounds similar.
