My suggestion is simple, clean the official Servers. They are crowded with floating thraws because a base was once there but is no longer there.
Please turn on a feature where your thraws starve over time to clean up these areas.

It is in the making i believe since the last patch introduced thrall feeding.
It’s already happening, albeit with mixed success. Considering all the noise about Thrall feeding mechanics, I can only assume OP is having a laugh or a not-so-subtle dig at the previously mentioned mixed success of the mechanic.
