My characters’ clothes are bugged. In the male character they disappeared and in the female character the boots and gloves are gone and his face is damaged. Both are also falling and crossing the ground of Agartha.
When you say “Both are also falling and crossing the ground of Agartha.”, do you mean that logging in to these characters leads to them drifting through an apparent void while doing the falling animation?
If so, please completely close the game and temporarily disable any firewall and antivirus softwares. Restart the game patcher. In the patcher options, select “Repair Broken Data” and allow the repair function to run in full. This should correct the issue, although you may need to relog several times before the characters display as expected on the character select page.
