Cold Weather PVP Armor Set?

So I’m running a Str/Agility build and in the past was using the Skelos Cult armor (when I was a total Agility build) which worked great for the cold areas of the map. Recently I tried a combination of Silent Legion/Dragon Bone medium armor and while I like the stats, I realized it is horrible in the cold temps.

Wondering if anyone has suggestions for a cold weather PVP set that works for Str?
