I have been playing single player. Download from online ps4. Now I have captured a mitra archpriest? I don’t understand what I do with her, can somebody explain what I need to do next. She trie to kill me before I knocked her out.

You need to break her on your wheel of pain. I’m assuming you have one built and stocked with at least gruel.
Once she’s converted to your slave/helper/follower she needs to be placed in a shrine of Mitra. Okay, you can only build one if Mitra is your religion. Otherwise, she’s useless. Unless you trade her off maybe.

Arch priests are mainly for PVP raid servers. they let you summon a defense bubble or god token (to summon a huge avatar to attack with).
Otherwise they are more decorative in an altar with no real usefulness.
