I purchased conan exiles, conan exiles season 1 pack, and conan exiles season 2 pack. Playstation confirms that I have made these purchases. I was able to download the base game. I can not download the season 1 pack nor the season 2 pack to my ps4pro. Playstation had me check my license agreements. that did not work. They had me reset my ps4 pro. That did not work. Playstation thinks it has to do with funcom oslo as. Are you guys working in this. Something with your servers? What’s the issue? I purchased the entire game. Can not Download the bundle packs. I’ve tried the season packs as a whole and also each pack individually. It no worky. Please help. Email me back quickly please.

Are you by chance playing the game on a physical disc of a different region than the one you have set your PSN store?
If re-validating licenses doesn’t work, this is the other reason usually responsible for situations like the one you’re describing.
