Conan Exiles Unconquered! Is a PVP server tweaked to give a slight XP bump and a decent Gathering/Crafting boost to alleviate the “grind”. I got tired or running to my corpse, so goodies are kept on death. Buildings are a little tougher, but can still be destroyed, and raiding is, well, part of the game. 
I currently have it set at 20 slots, but will increase as needed as long as it has an active base.
No “rules” per se, just good Conan fun for anyone tired of not being able to log into an official server.
