Bug Description:
Conan exiles will not fully load on my Xboxone or cloud gaming. I’ve been playing this game for almost 2 years now and have put in alot of time and built up my world. I’ve been playing on xbox through game pass with no issues until november, 2023. I was unable to play through installed Game PAss version. I switched over to Xbox cloud gaming and was able to get back on and play through the cloud on my xbox and laptop. This was working until the first week of April and now I cant play the game at all!!! All my other gamepass and cloud games work just fine, BUT this is the ONLY game I want to play. I don’t understand why I have been signaled out and not allowed to play this game. I broke down last week and purchased the game through XBOX and guess what it still will not load. What can be done to fix this problem, I would love to get back to playing my game…PLEASE! So in a nutshell…Conan Exiles will start loading and will almost get to the end like the game will open and then goes back to my Xbox home screen. When I try on the cloud, it says “unexpectedly disconnected from cloud gaming”. I have contacted microsoft xbox support numerous times and we have troubleshooted my xbox, they said you are the only ones that can help me and I have to keep contacting for a resolution. I just would really love to be able to play and enjoy this game again. Its crucial to me that I’m able to get back to my world that I’ve been working on for the last years, so please please help…My microsoftt case #7039917285
