Connection issue

I bought a game and when connecting it gives an error:
Failed to Login! Please restart or try again later

  • Where are you trying to connect?
  • Were you able to connect before?
  • Can you play singleplayer?
  • Have you checked your anti-virus/firewall?

  • Were you able to connect before? - no, first run
  • Can you play singleplayer? - no
  • Have you checked your anti-virus/firewall? - yes there are no problems

Have you tried launching the game without BattleEye? When you say your firewall/anti-virus are fine, have you tried disabling them to test?

Now I tried to turn off the firewall, it did not help. If run without battleye, it works. But I would like to go to the official server. I also tried to reinstall battleye, it did not help.

at least you know that the issue is somehow related to BattleEye.

It’s the same issue I have reported already that nothing has been done about. This happened to me on the 16th of June and still I can’t play on the officials. I can play without battle eye, so we turned it off on our private server. That is the only way I can play at present.

As I see, this is a good game. =D

I have 1500+ hours in the game so I do like it. Problems like this should not happen though. Especially if the game is out of EA.

I am having the exact same problem even when I am running the without Battleeye option… this is so frustrating. I turned off all firewalls as well as reinstalling the game and restarting my PC and router. None of them works… Can someone please help? :frowning:
