since the last update icant connect to ANY server(moded or not) because i keep encounter this error that says"connection refused" with a big help button below it which is of no use

I’m also the same, I don’t know what else to do and uninstalled the game and nothing remains the same
connection denied after the last update, many of us have the same problem, but they have not given a solution, they should already know about the problem but they have not given a solution to anyone, they ask you to upload the files but there are files that are not allowed to be uploaded by the format that you use please if you find the solution let us know as soon as possible that many of us play on pvp servers 
me and friend have this problem with games connection refused after patch update single player have this problem probably ban id or bad update game so probably delete game and install again fix this problem if you install again tell us fix or no.

this update full of bugs no fix bugs please fix this problem for other players and me 2 days ago i can join to server but again i have this problem

We do not have any restrictions on our side that may cause this connection refusal.
Please make sure that your connection to Steam or Epic Games Store is still intact, as this may be the root of the issue.

but HOw?
just use vpn and set your vpn location in steam location.
for example:
i have USA account steam. and i should use vpn in USA location
