Construction hammer causes me to crash on modded server

I have already done the following steps

  1. Verified the game files
  2. cleared mod cache
  3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
  4. Created an entirely new hammer to use (yes this has been suggested twice)
    5.Isolated mods on singleplayer to see which mod maybe causing the problem
  5. Tested other servers to see if I crash there when using the construction hammer (I did not, only on this specific server do i crash when trying to use the hammer)
  6. Loaded all the mods of the server on single player and tried to use hammer (I did not crash in singleplayer only on this specific server do I crash)
    I seem to be the only one having this problem, when I check the files in dected corruption it states Farchive:String too large
