I crashed yesterday, I tried 45min to login but kept seeing the message ‘Character still logged in’. I went to sleep and this morning I still seem to be logged in.
Help?
I crashed today, 3 hours later and still can’t login. Crashed my clan engineer “Crestina” zoning into an advanced shop in Rome Blue doing a daily mission “Basic Shop Lifter”. I’ve cancelled my membership recently due to constant crashes / lag that started with the Anniversary events. Membership ends on July 8th and I don’t expect to have access to my characters before it ends, judging by the response times for tickets being resolved. I can create a character on the RK2019 server and login, but cannot login on to the main Rubi-Ka server. It would be nice to have a way to clear stuck characters without tech support intervention, especially when tech support is non-existent.
