Is there a fix to being locked out since crashing at login 4 hours ago? I saw an old forum post mentioning logging in to the chat server to clear the account…not sure that is still an option now. I have a ticket in, but not sure they actually check them anymore. Don’t really want to wait for another server crash to “fix” it. Any ideas?
did u try to reboot ur computer. it can happen that a ao client is still running without showing up. worth a try.

Did try, also checked to make sure the client wasn’t running in the background. Thanks, i wish that would have been it. It finally allowed login again this evening. Just took a day to clear out I guess.
