Crashes when exiting game

Bug Description:

Game crashes when exiting. Does not complete logging out and closing down. When I reload the game my character can loose knowledge that has been unlocked, have my attributes reset, loose items in my hot wheel, loose building parts, loose all armour, looses character making me create a new character and starting from the begining with nothing. Looks like the game file becomes corrupt.

In order for us to properly assess your issue, could you please provide us with the following information:
1 - How do you exit your game, by going through the ‘‘exit to main menu’’ option or by closing it through the Playstation menu?
2 - Have you tried to reinstall your game?
3 - Would it be possible for you to record a video (you can do it with your phone if you wish) of this crash happening and send it to us?

I always exit the game through the main menu and select exit

I have not tried reinstalling the game but will try that next.

Im not sure how to send you a video as i can not upload the correct file extension for a video formatt.

Reinstalled the game and was ok for a bit but on the last exit of the game my ps5 completely shut down and when i turned it back on it need to do a system restore.
