Create a toggle for personal buildings not clan affiliated

I am personally getting stressed from my clan not sure why I assume something with my autism is causing it.

Because of this I was going to build a nice personal home away from everyone albeit thralls per-person are limited to 10 a person who joins but not being able to build or place a few thralls obviously 10 that are ‘personally your property’ seems a bit limiting and has caused me to want to leave my group I am the builder and I jusy see it annoying to have to make something else at a later time if I leave.

Obviously someone will say just build it when you leave thats fine I suppose but what if I wanted to use it during the clanning? I don’t know just a suggestion.

I would suggest considering if your preferences and playstyle align with your clan.

If you wanted to keep your constructions and equipment , NPC enslaves for your exclusive use , you should not play in the clan .
I was reluctant to create a clan because sometimes we have unpleasant surprises (bug or we have no longer recognized as a member of the clan and which makes us lose our articles) or suspension / banishment following a fault / error of a member of the clan .
But some game features such as banners require belonging to a clan .
I understand your desire to have private articles, but the alternative threshold for this is to play solo, unlike MMO or clan leaders can give authorizations and laws depending on the seniority of the members of the clan (access to the trunk, buildings, crafts, etc.) Conan Exile does not offer it, even in MMO the clan articles are shared by all its members (except inventory and special cases such as the personal home of the personage when it comes to this option) .

I get this but not everyone will want to play solo and not everyone will eventually want to stay in a clan. However with funcom coding your right this would cause a layer of issues.
