DC + cut internet when logging on

Hello, I’m not sure if I’m the only having this issue but just wanted to put it out there to see if there is a solution. Every time I log into a player owned servers, it will DC (disconnect) me back to xbox dashboard and shortly after cut my internet off. A few minutes later my internet is restored and I try to log back on. It will do this 1 to 3 times before stabilizing and allowing me to play. Please if anyone has a resolve to this, that would be a big help.

I’ve read in past posts that start a single player game make a character and wait a few mins then log out then log into your multi-playing server … hope this helps

So after trying the suggested method, it still is about 70-30% chance it will still DC me and turn off my internet. It’s becoming a point where I don’t want to play anymore cause it takes 30 mins to log on.
