So uh… this is just a minor thing but maybe it could be fixed in a future patch?
The Decorative Hanging candle doesn’t light up ANYTHING at all… but moreover… the candle flame is BEHIND the candle. Yeah, it’s not on the wick whatsoever.

Candles not being very bright is normal. I once had around 400 candles laid out on a single foundation. They did next to nothing for lighting.
The flame being off the wick is more in the paranormal though. Poltergeist probably.
