Delving climbing gear in Siptah just generates Dune Hunter Outfit

So, when can unlock the climbing gears in Siptah. We were supposed to be able to delve the boots and gloves in the Delving Bench to a chance at getting the Climbing gear recipe.

The thing is I delved 8 times boots and gloves and got, the eight times, the Dune Hunter Outfit.
Is this intended? So we can’t even have the climbing gear feat in Siptah anymore?
