Recipe isn’t recognizing the required boot and Gauntlet already crafted in armor bench
therefore Neither the improved Boots or gloves can be crafted.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:

After unlocking the recipe, you should be able to craft the Reinforced Climbing boots by supplying the required materials to the regular Armorer’s Bench, which are the Epic Light Gauntlets / Boots ( from the Exile Epics feat, crafted in the Improved Armorer’s Bench ), the Twine and the Star Metal Bars.
ic yeah it only says Light Gauntlets and boots
I had a reg set and nothing then I made a flawless or perfect and nothing

Improved bench, the normal Gauntlets & Boots (See purple square around it).
I did the same mistake. I wanted to craft reinforced climbing gear for my whole clan. Therefore I crafted 10 sets of boots and gloves just to notice that I was still missing the boots/gloves in order to craft my climbing gear. It took me some time till I noticed that I needed epic boots/gloves instead of the normal ones
