Deterioration time is wrong

Attached photos 1 and 2 are of different people’s buildings.
I have seen this phenomenon from time to time since I entered Age OF war and the degradation time was extended to 20 days.
Even though there are still more than 200 hours of deterioration time, the word “deteriorated” is written in red letters.
I have not tried to see if it can be broken or not, because I feel bad for the player, but do you know what kind of condition it is?
The reason I am reporting this is because the buildings of the people in these two bases disappeared in the next day or two after this.
When I tried to see them before, they had not disappeared and the deterioration had disappeared after a while, so I did not report it, but this time I thought someone might have erased them.
If the building was still within the degradation time frame and the degradation was still detected, then I think it is a problem and I am reporting it.
I am wondering if you guys have seen this kind of phenomenon?
By the way, this is what has happened in the last few days.
Since I have not directly degraded it myself, I can only speculate.

When I base decays, it gets labeled as ‘decayed’ and it gets a new timer. The new timer is (supposed to be) 24 hours. The base stays in that ‘decayed’ state until the new timer runs out and then it disappears from existence.

The bases aren’t decaying early, it sounds like when the bases decay now, their new timer is the full 240 hours instead of 24 hours. That’s not a big deal, in fact, it just gives the owner 9 extra days to get back online and save his/her stuff. Although this also gives people 9 extra days to loot it. :crazy_face:

Does that mean that the grace period before the collapse went from one or two days to over 200 hours?

Yes the ‘grace period’ has always been 1 day (24hrs) but back a few months ago when they switched the timers to ‘summer rates’ (extending them from 240hrs to 480hrs), the grace period changed too. I’m not sure if this happened on all official servers, but I know it did on the 2 EL servers I play on. Siptah is unaffected because their timers are disabled.
