If you did purchase this set, I would really like to hear from you; this is important to me, I had to get a refund and I would really like to know if they fixed the issues, please.
I just tried the armor again, and it looks completely normal. (But that’s how it always looked for me. I play on PC.)

God that is so odd, this is the first time someone was able to show me the cape. When I asked for a refund, I asked for a pic while it was wet. When I posted the bug report, it had a lot of views, but no one refuted the post, hence I figured they did shoddy, amateurish work; now I need to apologize… kinda, since the pics you see above was what I got when the cape got wet, otherwise it looks normal.
I hate to abuse your generosity, but please run while the cape is wet so we replicate the original issue. Mine worked fine when standing in the rain. Look, I know this is asking a lot, I will be cool if you don’t reply, but if you have disposition, it would mean a lot to me.
Option B would be for you to simply tell me “when it rains or get’s wet somehow it works fine”.
The cloak doesn’t seem to produce any graphic glitches even when moving while wet.
I hope that’s what you mean.

That appears to be a female character with the bugged graphics and a male character with the normal/expected graphics. Aka there’s a possibility that it’s a gender thing and hasn’t yet been fixed.

That actually makes sense, that could very well be the case. @Dark_Overlord , You are the only one that has contributed a lot to this post. Do you think you can replicate the pics you showed with a female character? Please? Cherry on top? No, seriously, I really do hate to burden you further but, would you? Could you? he he, sorry man/lady, you are my only hope. (Somber voice in the background: “No… there is another.”) You can put it on a female thrall and see, maybe?
The reason for all of this is I love the cape, and I have a Darfari-themed motif, and I really, really want the cape heh, even if I have to have a sex change procedure. The Sabretooth is so cool too. If this turns out to be the case I will re-purchase the set and turn into a dangling danglers. The mod Perfect Little things made it possible.
The main stations of the game all fit into a single hut.

Oh boy, it’s a good thing @Raeil intervened, otherwise I would have really done you a disservice. It actually seems to be a bug that only affects female characters.
