Pictish Stalker Bazaar item half-baked

Bug Description:
The first pics tell the whole story. Please note the difference between the two pelt materials.

I purchased the Pictish Stalker outfit from the bazaar with glee; basically, paid for the chest piece; I imagined it on my spoiled child Sehka, the character in the video. I remember putting it on for the first time, I was in awe at how perfect it looked, in my view
but then it rained, and boy, a litany of curses ensued.

This item, which, again, I paid for in the bazaar, is not finished, the polygon mesh has not been smoothed an it basically looks like a low-res version of what it should have been; its geometry is evident. One can see in plain sight the polygons that give it form, but the absence of smoothness belies shoddy, careless work. FUNCOM, do please take a look at this and tell me it was meant to look like that
it was is not, it looks
amateurish at best. Someone forgot to smooth the mesh.
Please pay close attention to the leggings: Hyena Fur Leggings; they are fur as well, yet the mesh has been smoothed, you don’t see the squares and triangles that make up the item when it gets wet. If you wish us to give you money, at least take the time to produce a decent product; not this crap; I am less and less confident with the Bazaar items; many seem unfinished. Just see what happens when the chest of the Aesir Chieftain gets wet; you will find it wet, but smooth, I don’t see a reason the same treatment of texture and polygon mesh are not present here. Please fix.

Hey Hawke.

I believe quality is in the hands of the maker; the buyer should get a good product, but I guess that’s a pipe dream, that’s why I stated my faith in them is waning polygon by polygon.

Honestas est officium.

Hi Boulderkin.

I agree whole heartedly with you. In NZ we have two laws that cover this type of problem. They are called the ‘Fair Trading Act’ and ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’.
If Funcom were based here, and tried to pull this stunt, they would get a size 10 gumboot (and 5 million sheep) up their butt.
Unfortunately they operate from a safe haven offshore so I, and probably you, have no recourse to their actions.

Sad as it is, que sera, sera.

I know, it’s just an almost intangible ripple in a large lake, but at least it is there /shrug. I am not holding my breath, it’s just “heartbreaking”. Folk would never understand what this stupid game means to me; it’s not a game, it is my theraphy, it’s the only thing that inmerses me to the point I can leave my condition behind and run, climb, adventure, instead of being bound to a bed for life =/

If folk could only undetstand
 sigh.
