We recently experienced some crashes on our official servers. To help identify the cause, we will disable character transfers for the time being.
To minimize the impact for affected players, we will also disable building and thrall decay timers.
Please note that this will take effect after the daily server restart.
We are actively looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we have disabled the decay timers on all of our official servers for thralls and buildings while we resolve the situation.

We have determined that the crashes were caused by transferring characters with pets, mounts, and thralls. We are working with our server hosting partners to resolve the issue and restore service to all affected servers.
As a result, your thralls, pets, and mounts will temporarily disappear from your Followers menu. Rest assured, they are not lost forever and will reappear once we release the next game patch. We plan to patch the PC version very soon, followed by the Xbox and PlayStation versions shortly after.
