The missing thralls might be the side effect of our servers crashing fix. Don’t worry, these will be missing temporarily and will be back soon.

Disabling Character Transfers

Greetings, Exiles, We have determined that the crashes were caused by transferring characters with pets, mounts, and thralls. We are working with our server hosting partners to resolve the issue and restore service to all affected servers. As a result, your thralls, pets, and mounts will temporarily disappear from your Followers menu. Rest assured, they are not lost forever and will reappear once we release the next game patch.
